Qualificações

• 5–7 years of title underwriting experience, commercial preferred.
• Law degree required and admitted to practice law.
• Licensed to practice law, in good standing.
• Familiar with real estate law.
• Strong analytical rigor and business acumen.
• Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate and build relationships internally and externally.

Responsabilidades

• Provide underwriting support and counsel related to title insurance commitments and policies.
• Apply underwriting standards within delegated authority to title insurance.
