Job summary

Sisk is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Data Centre team in Finland. In this role, you will be responsible for the full commercial management of projects, ensuring successful delivery while managing risks and maximising returns.

Qualifications

• Experience with design and build contracts, complex multi-disciplinary projects, and high-value contracts.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to innovate in cost management.
• Chartered membership of RICS, CIOB or equivalent is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement activities including preparation of tenders and subcontract selection.
• Manage and agree variations with accurate supporting records.
• Ensure accurate commercial reporting in line with company valuation policy.
