NexTech Professional Services in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction to closeout, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence.

You will develop schedules, manage costs, coordinate with architects/engineers, supervise team, and promote safety. The role offers comprehensive compensation and benefits including employee ownership and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Construction Engineering preferred.
• 3-5 years project manager experience preferred.
• Experience with estimating and conceptual estimating.
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with potential clients.
• Proficient in construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, Sage) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilités

• Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, delivering on time and within budget.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures while monitoring costs and profitability.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to resolve issues and maintain momentum.
• Process and manage subcontractor payments, change orders, and monthly cost reporting.
• Serve as primary point of contact for project owners, leading meetings and providing status updates.
• Supervise and mentor project team members, including superintendents and subcontractors.
• Review construction documents and specifications to ensure safety compliance.
• Manage project documentation, permits, inspections, and closeout activities.
