Job summary

Talent Solutions Partners in Nashville, TN is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead commercial new-build and remodel projects. You will estimate, plan, and coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and clients to hit time and budget targets, while managing project staff.

The role offers a strong bonus program per project, comprehensive benefits, and a local, no-travel project slate. Local Nashville residency is required; relocation is not provided.

Qualifications

• 5+ years estimating commercial projects with Timberline, Procore, Bluebeam, Paskr or similar software systems
• 3+ years estimating & project managing experience with commercial TI/Build-Out projects
• Local Nashville (Middle-Tn) relationships and exposure to coordinating with Architects & Investment/Development companies
• Experience with negotiating material prices & scheduling orders, deliveries, etc.
• 4 year college degree or equivalent (construction management) preferred
• Lives in local Nashville area (no relocation assistance provided)
• Residential construction experience will NOT be considered as equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manages projects & clientele including the project staff and subcontractors/vendors.
• PM estimates the projects & plans, coordinates all activities to ensure goals/budgets are met.
• Ensures timely completion within prescribed budget parameters through supervision and coordination.
