Job summary

AlphaX is seeking a Senior Commercial Project Manager to lead ground-up and tenant improvement projects across the Los Angeles market. This role requires extensive experience with General Contractors and managing all aspects of projects from preconstruction through closeout. Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience with a General Contractor.
• Proven track record managing commercial ground-up and/or TI projects.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts.
• Manage contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
