Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of experience with a General Contractor.
• Proven experience managing commercial ground-up and/or tenant improvement projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts.
• Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and clients.
