Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a General Contractor.
• Proven experience managing commercial construction projects (ground-up and/or TI).
• Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts.
• Lead subcontractor bidding, scope review, and buyout process.
• Ensure compliance with Los Angeles building codes, permits, and safety regulations.
• Monitor project costs and proactively mitigate risks and delays.
