Leoforce seeks a Senior Commercial Project Manager in West Palm Beach, FL to oversee ground-up commercial construction projects from start to finish. You will manage budgets, schedules, and safety programs while coordinating with clients and contractors to ensure on-time delivery and high quality.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management, strong leadership, and proficiency in interpreting blueprints and plans.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
• Experience with budgets, risk, safety, and quality control in construction.
• Experience managing ground-up projects including hotels, country clubs, clubhouses, and healthcare facilities.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and manage project budgets to deliver on time and within budget.
• Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and documents.
• Implement risk management processes to mitigate project risks.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Supervise site activities, ensuring work aligns with project plan and quality standards.
• Lead and manage construction teams to high performance.
• Resolve delays and problems promptly and cost-effectively.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, contractors, and team members.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and safety.
