WCG Construction is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead commercial ground-up and adaptive reuse projects in the Rocky Mountain region. You will oversee schedules, budgets, and resources, coordinating with clients, architects, and field teams to deliver on time and within scope.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, excellent communication, and proactive problem-solving across multiple project types, with a focus on safety and quality. Competitive salary and full benefits offered.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive commercial construction experience.
• Experience managing projects valued at $10M–$30M for General Contractors.
• Strong focus on safety and hazard awareness.
• Proficiency with CPM scheduling software; ASTA experience is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, contracts, and subcontracts.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, architects, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Develop and manage project schedules, coordinating activities to meet deadlines.
• Track project budgets, prepare progress reports, and forecast costs.
• Lead the project team, providing direction and proactive communication on project status and needs.
• Process change orders, budget updates, Owner-approved modifications, invoices, and subcontractor pay applications.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, purchase orders, and all project documentation.
