The role requires a Journeyman Plumbing License, 5+ years of field experience, and at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity. You will work with general contractors, engineers, and inspectors to meet stringent timelines and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Current Journeyman Plumbing License (state-specific) and ability to work independently on commercial projects.
• Minimum 5 years of verifiable commercial/industrial field plumbing experience with large-scale systems.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory/lead technician role managing teams and coordinating jobsite operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of commercial plumbing technicians and apprentices, assigning schedules and managing milestones.
• Diagnose, repair, and install complex commercial plumbing systems across diverse facilities.
• Interpret blueprints and schematics to plan installations and ensure precise execution of specs.
• Conduct field inspections and QA to ensure compliance with codes and standards.
• Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and inspectors to coordinate activities and changes.
• Enforce OSHA regulations and safety protocols across all sites.
• Assist with material procurement, equipment rentals, and cost estimating for bids.
