Job summary

ilani is seeking an experienced plumber to perform advanced installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial plumbing systems serving the casino, hotel, and dining facilities. You will diagnose complex failures, coordinate shutdowns, and ensure safe restoration of services while mentoring junior technicians.

The role emphasizes adherence to codes and safety procedures, strong documentation in CMMS, and collaboration with qualified personnel on electrical and heating tasks.

Qualifications

Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent; WA journeyman plumber certification (PL01) is required.
At least five years of progressively responsible plumbing experience, including complex failures.
Ability to read plumbing drawings, determine isolation boundaries, and verify restorations.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and resolve complex plumbing problems in commercial facilities.
Install, maintain, repair, and replace piping and fixtures; service domestic water systems.
Coordinate shutdowns, testing, and safe restoration of services.
Mentor Tech I/II/III staff and review work quality on projects.
Maintain CMMS records and provide clear handoffs and reports.
