Job summary

Engineering Excellence Incorporated is seeking an experienced plumbing professional to contribute to complex commercial plumbing projects. You will perform system testing support, inventory control, and project documentation, ensuring materials and information are accurate and available for the field team.

The ideal candidate has seven years of plumbing repair, maintenance, and installation experience, a valid license, EPA/safety certifications, and strong organizational and communication skills

Qualifications

• Seven years’ experience in plumbing repair, maintenance, and installation.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Valid plumbing and/or gas license as required by local, state, provincial, or national regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and building codes.
• Strong mathematics and measurement skills.
• Excellent communication with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes, diagnoses, and resolves customer problems in a courteous, professional, timely, and accurate manner.
• Maintains and repairs plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and leaks; tests joints and pipe systems for leaks.
• Installs and replaces pipe assemblies, fittings, and appliances with hand or power tools.
• Directs team members and ensures safe and proper use of tools and equipment.
• Reviews plans and codes to determine work details and sequencing.
• Maintains licenses and compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
