Job summary

Bacardi seeks a capable Commercial Planning Analyst to deliver analytical support for the U.S. business, including forecasting, reporting, and modeling. You’ll partner with CP&A, Commercial Finance, and Sales to build dashboards and tools in Excel and Power BI that inform leadership reviews and strategic decisions.

Based in Miami, FL, you will drive data-driven insights, support budgeting processes, and help optimize performance across distributors and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Solid analytics and financial experience with commercial exposure.
• Ability to transform large data sets into insights and influence stakeholder decisions.
• Strong collaboration across Commercial Planning, Finance, Operations and Sales.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly reporting and forecasting cycles with performance reports and planning tools.
• Maintain data integrity across planning systems and reports.
• Develop and maintain performance trackers, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Perform financial, commercial, and trend analyses to identify risks and opportunities.
• Prepare executive-level reports and presentations for senior leadership.
