Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. seeks a professional level sales associate to support advanced commercial functions and drive profitable growth through customer retention and expansion.

You will partner with the GM to supervise Team Members, leverage deep automotive parts knowledge, and coordinate with drivers to ensure timely deliveries. The role emphasizes building relationships with commercial customers, sourcing from multiple channels, and maintaining strong stocking programs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of automotive parts sales experience preferred.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.
• Formal or informal leadership experience supervising teams.
• Strong customer service and selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships and grow accounts.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Meet personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members.
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and development needs for staff.
• Dispatch drivers to ensure timely, accurate deliveries.
• Maintain commercial stocking programs and inventory accuracy.
• Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers.
• Support with driver coverage and route planning as needed.
