Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a professional-level sales associate to support advanced functions on the commercial side. The role drives profitable growth via customer retention and growth and partners with the GM to manage Team Members.

The position requires automotive parts knowledge, ability to source from multiple channels, and directing drivers for timely delivery; full-time employment with potential sales commission is offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years automotive parts experience preferred.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.
• Must be able to read and understand safety instructions.
• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships.
• Provide GAS2 selling for commercial customers.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members.
• Collaborate with GM on coaching for Team Members.
• Dispatch drivers to meet delivery standards.
• Maintain commercial stocking programs.
• Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers.
• Maintain core bank and commercial returns.
• Partner with GM to ensure proper driver coverage.
