Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. seeks a professional, full-time Commercial Parts Pro to support advanced functions on the commercial side. You will maintain commercial relationships, drive sales, and partner with the GM to supervise Team Members and ensure accurate deliveries.

You should have strong automotive parts knowledge, customer service skills, and the ability to leverage multiple sourcing channels. This role requires working days, evenings, and weekends, with eligibility for sales commissions

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive parts selling and customer service.
• Ability to supervise daily tasks and coach Team Members.
• ASE certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships and drive profitable growth.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Dispatch drivers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and development of Team Members.
