Advance Auto Parts Inc. seeks a Commercial Parts Pro to support advanced commercial functions and drive profitable growth through customer retention. You will manage relationships, coordinate deliveries, and partner with a General Manager on coaching Team Members.

Ideal candidates have automotive parts knowledge, strong selling skills, and the ability to multitask across inventory, POS systems, and supplier networks. This full-time role offers a commission opportunity.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Experience in automotive parts sales or similar retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships and achieve sales goals.
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members.
• Dispatch drivers to ensure timely delivery and manage stock.
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and development.
• Build and maintain supplier networks.
