Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Commercial Parts Pro in Madison Heights, VA. This full-time role focuses on profitable growth of the commercial business through customer retention and expansion, partnering with the GM to guide Team Members and ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Proven sales ability with customer transactions.
• Formal or informal experience leading teams and daily tasks.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• ASE certification preferred but not required.

Aufgaben

• Maintain commercial customer relationships and grow sales.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Supervise Team Members and support daily tasks.
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and development.
• Dispatch drivers to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain commercial stocking programs and second-source networks.
• Support core bank and commercial credit accounts.
