Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a professional level sales pro to support the commercial side, driving profitable growth through customer retention and expansion.

The role partners with the GM to manage Team Members, with strong automotive parts knowledge and the ability to source from multiple channels, including special orders and second sources. Responsibilities include maintaining commercial relationships, achieving sales goals, supervising daily tasks, and directing drivers for on-time

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of automotive parts experience preferred.
• Proven sales ability and leadership experience.
• ASE certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Supervise Team Members and assist with coaching and development.
• Dispatch drivers to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Maintain commercial stocking programs and supplier relations.
• Collaborate with GM on performance coaching.
