Job summary

Advance Auto Parts in Rio Rancho, NM seeks a Commercial Parts Pro to drive profitable growth in the commercial segment through strong customer retention and upselling. The role partners with the General Manager to lead Team Members and ensure timely deliveries.

The ideal candidate has automotive parts expertise, ASE knowledge, and a proven sales background. The position offers full-time work with potential commission based on performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• ASE Certification preferred but not required.
• Minimum 3 years of automotive parts experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members.
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and developmental needs for Team Members.
• Dispatch drivers ensuring delivery standards are met.
• Maintain commercial stocking programs.
• Build and maintain a network of second-source suppliers.
