Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Professional level Commercial Parts Pro to support advanced commercial functions and drive profitable growth. The role emphasizes customer retention, sourcing from multiple channels, and directing drivers for timely deliveries.

The position requires strong automotive knowledge, a history of sales success, and ability to supervise team members while collaborating with the General Manager on coaching and development. The role is full time and commission eligible.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• ASE P2 certification preferred but not required.
• Minimum 3 years of automotive parts experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members.
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and developmental needs for Team Members.
• Dispatch drivers ensuring delivery standards are achieved.
• Maintain commercial stocking programs.
• Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers.
