WEX seeks a Commercial Paralegal to support its Mobility lines of business in the Americas. You will draft and amend commercial contracts, review requested customer changes with attorneys, and manage documents across a full contract lifecycle using Malbek and other CLM tools.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Compliance and Risk, and help migrate legacy contracts while providing timely, accurate legal support for revenue-generating agreements.

Qualifications

• Paralegal degree or certification, or bachelor's degree, or JD.
• 5+ years paralegal or equivalent experience with commercial contracts.
• Experience with legal technologies (matter management & CLM systems).
• Experience in transportation/fuel/trucking or factoring preferred.
• In-house experience supporting sales teams or similar roles.
• Strong IT aptitude and proactive work style.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Team player with cross-functional coordination.
• Proficiency in Google Suite, MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and DocuSign.

Responsabilités

• Prepare drafts of commercial contracts and amendments using the CLM platform.
• Review customer changes with attorneys and stakeholders and revise documents.
• Assist with preparation, review, and execution of legal notices and filings.
• Respond to internal requests for documentation and contract interpretation.
• Assist in migrating legacy contracts to Malbek CLM.
• Manage contracts through intake, routing, execution, and post-signing tasks.
• Manage legal matter workflow in Xakia and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Finance, Compliance and Risk.
• Support strategic projects as needed.
• Utilize strong written and verbal communication and sound judgment.
