Base salary ranges from $50,000 to $60,000 with potential for growth. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in commercial paint as a superintendent and a proactive, coachable mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in commercial paint as a superintendent.
• Solid background in diverse commercial projects up to $500K.
• Self-motivated, teachable, coachable attitude.
• Commercial GC superintendent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage a motivated team on commercial paint projects.
• Oversee project execution to ensure on-time completion.
• Coordinate with contractors, clients, and safety protocols.
