Job summary

A-1 Fleet Door Services Inc is seeking an experienced Senior/Lead Commercial Overhead Door & Fire Door Technician to lead our commercial service operation in New Hampshire. This role requires independent work, leadership of technicians, and the ability to manage jobs from start to finish, while identifying opportunities for maintenance and new accounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in commercial overhead doors.
• Strong experience with rolling steel and fire doors.
• Ability to diagnose and complete complex service calls independently.
• Capable of leading and training technicians.
• Valid driver's license and clean record.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial overhead door service, repair and installation projects.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance on commercial door systems.
• Service high-speed doors, dock levelers and related equipment.
• Lead and train other technicians in the field.
• Respond to service calls and complete repairs efficiently with minimal disruption to customers.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and installation manuals.
• Maintain accurate service records, parts inventory, and work orders.
• Communicate professionally with commercial clients on-site regarding repairs and recommendations.
