Qualifications

• 10+ years in commercial management or cost management on major capital projects.
• Experience with complex multi-contractor environments.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day commercial management activities for major projects and workstreams.
• Develop and implement commercial management plans, governance processes, and reporting.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, commitments, accruals, and financial performance.
• Oversee contract administration, change control, and dispute avoidance.
• Mentor junior staff and support commercial capability development.
