Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager in Houston, TX to lead commercial management for a major nuclear infrastructure project. You will develop and manage commercial processes, contract administration, change management, and cost impacts across multi-contractor environments to protect client interests.

Formación

• 5-10 years of experience in commercial management, contract administration, cost management, quantity surveying, project controls, procurement, or related disciplines.
• Experience supporting construction, infrastructure, industrial, manufacturing, or other major capital projects.
• Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, cost reporting, and contract administration principles.
• Knowledge of change management processes and commercial controls within project environments.
• Familiarity with collaborative delivery models, including Progressive Design-Build, is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Support delivery of commercial management activities across assigned project scopes and contract packages.
• Maintain cost reports, commitment logs, forecasts, change registers, and dashboards.
• Assist with development of budgets, forecasts, cash flow projections, and financial analyses.
• Administer contract requirements including payment reviews, correspondence, contract compliance, and record management.
• Support change management processes through evaluation, tracking, documentation, and reporting of commercial impacts.
• Assist with procurement and contracting processes including tender evaluations and contract administration.
• Monitor project costs, commitments, risks, and opportunities and elevate issues as appropriate.
• Support implementation of governance processes, templates, and standard operating procedures.
