Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in heavy civil and/or underground construction project management.
• Proven experience in bid-build, CMGC, and design build projects.
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provides oversight of the commercial management function from bid to completion.
• Interprets contract language to limit exposure to additional costs.
