Job summary

Phillips 66 is seeking a Commercial Logistics Business Improvement Sr. Advisor I to drive strategic change across marine transportation and end-to-end logistics. You will lead system solutions with IT, mentor teams, and ensure data integrity and fit-for-purpose processes.

The role emphasizes SAP S/4HANA integration, TMS alignment, and ongoing process optimization to enable new business and improve cost reporting. A strong cross-functional partner mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related disciplines.
• 8+ years in Commercial/Marine logistics or transportation.
• Technical knowledge of integration across platforms including SAP S/4HANA and TMS applications.
• Advanced SAP S/4HANA/R/3 skills including vendor billing, nominations, shipment cost documents, and ticket actualization.
• Business understanding of Commercial operations, downstream value chain, and refinery processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across logistics system project planning, testing, execution, and hyper-care activities.
• Mentor and coach colleagues, developing team capability and transferring end-to-end knowledge.
• Drive processes that streamline work and improve efficiency, establishing standards.
• Serve as a technical cross-functional SME for assigned Commercial logistics systems and processes.
• Partner with stakeholders to implement new processes, policies, KPIs, and benefit ownership.
• Lead regression and critical-function testing across logistics and trade systems, web apps, and databases.
• Maintain system data and uphold enterprise data integrity standards.
• Develop and deliver system and process training for business users and support teams.
