Job summary

Phillips 66 is seeking a Team Lead, Operations in our Hartford lubricants operation. You will supervise daily plant activities across production, packaging, warehousing and scheduling to ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery.

You’ll lead a cross-functional team, coordinate material flow in SAP, and drive improvements while complying with policies and safety standards. This role involves travel up to 15% and offers strong total rewards.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of experience with straightforward procedures or systems.
• Basic SAP Materials Management and Production Planning proficiency.
• Basic computer skills in Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor team activities across production, blending, packaging, warehousing, shipping, scheduling, and related plant operations.
• Plan and allocate work, labor, materials, and equipment to meet production needs and resolve bottlenecks.
• Operate, inspect, and maintain complex equipment; troubleshoot issues and support maintenance.
• Coordinate raw material usage and inventory in SAP to support uninterrupted production.
• Develop and review reports and performance measures tracking production capabilities and goals.
• Lead operational transitions and changes, updating procedures and ensuring safety and quality.
