Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in supply chain logistics, healthcare administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain logistics, commercial operations, sales operations, or related function; biotech/pharma/medical device preferred.
• Demonstrated ability coordinating multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing vendor relationships, budgets, POs, contracts, and invoice reconciliation.
• Proficiency with logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel/PowerPoint); experience with Concur, Veeva, eProcurement, Adobe tools preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional collaboration across teams and partners.

Responsibilities

• Establish and monitor logistics performance measures, identify issues, and lead process improvements for reliability and efficiency.
• Plan final delivery of MACI implants and Epicel grafts, coordinating weekly transport with Vericel and specialty pharmacies.
• Provide accurate air waybills to QA for packaging procedures and adjust schedules with Operations and couriers.
• Communicate with specialty pharmacies and sales leadership about delays and schedule changes.
• Integrate logistics platform with Salesforce CRM to increase visibility and analytics; manage vendor performance and spend.
