Qualifications

• Or three years banking, real estate, commercial lending, or related experience; or equivalent.
• Training combined with education may satisfy the requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist loan officers in composing and preparing complex loan documentation.
• Serve as liaison between loan officer and borrower to obtain financial and collateral information.
• Review title, appraisal, environmental, survey, flood certifications; assist with collateral evaluation.
• Process lines of credit and construction loan disbursement requests.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies; review loan documents prior to closing.
