Salary: $23.25/hour or $25.42/hour minimum. Job/salary offer would be commensurate with job level and experience.
Builds administrative, technical and business development skills in commercial lending by performing the following essential duties and responsibilities:

LOA I Minimum: Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, marketing or a related field, plus one year FNBA experience; or three years FNBA experience; or equivalent combination of education/training and experience.
Preferred: Previous customer relationship, Treasury Management, or outside sales experience.
LOA II Minimum: Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, marketing or a related field, plus two years FNBA experience; or four years FNBA experience; or equivalent combination of education/training and experience.
Preferred: Previous customer relationship, Treasury Management, or outside sales experience.
Word processing and spreadsheet experience required. Ability to handle highly confidential information, deadlines, and time constraints required.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to inquiries from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to effectively present information to top management and the public.
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical solutions.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
