You will handle advanced clerical tasks, coordinate meetings, assist with budgets, and prepare reports under supervision. The position offers development opportunities in lending and a competitive salary schedule based on experience.

Qualificações

• Associate degree in a business-related field and two years related administrative experience, or three years advanced-level clerical, administrative, or related banking experience.
• Preferred: additional business coursework and financial industry experience.
• Ability to keyboard 45 wpm and operate a 10-key calculator; word-processing, scheduling, spreadsheet, presentation software, and database experience.

Responsabilidades

• Performs advanced clerical and administrative functions; creates and formats documents and reports.
• Manages special projects; compiles data, analyzes, and creates supervisor reports.
• Acts as personal assistant to managers; schedules meetings, makes travel arrangements, and takes meeting minutes.
• Assists with the work area budget; tracks expenditures and ledger coding.
• Responds to information requests and refers to subject matter experts.
• Trains less experienced staff in the area.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
