Salem Five is seeking a skilled Loan Operations professional for its Salem, MA office. The role involves processing loan packages, boarding credits, managing payments, and reconciling accounts to maintain accurate records.

The candidate should have strong communication, financial acumen, and the ability to operate diverse loan systems. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, with about 5 years of related experience and a focus on accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 5 years of experience in commercial lending, credit, or loan servicing a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong financial skills related to account reconciliations.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently with solid decision-making skills.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.

Responsabilidades

• Perform all department functions per policies; analyze loan packages to determine best course of action.
• Board new credits to system and process payments and advances; adjust rates as needed.
• Maintain customer records and ensure proper document imaging and QC.
• Reconcile invoices and generate payoff quotes; process payoffs and discharges.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Support product rollouts and SOP updates; assist with system conversions and testing.
