Job summary

ConnectOne Bank is seeking a Commercial Loan Officer to develop new business, underwrite loans, and manage a growing portfolio. You will represent the bank in the community and promote the full range of bank products and services.

The role requires at least five years of C&I lending experience, strong knowledge of banking regulations, and the ability to analyze income, assets, and debts of clients. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Hybrid work and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of C&I lending experience.

Responsibilities

• Source, develop and underwrite new loans; interim and permanent mortgages and lines of credit.
• Negotiate terms and structure loan financing based on risk analysis; present for approval.
• Review loan documentation and ensure compliance with bank policies.
