Job summary

Capital One's Small Business Bank seeks a Senior Associate, Loan Documentation & Closing Specialist to coordinate closings and prepare loan documents in Plano, TX and Richmond, VA. You will ensure documents comply with policy and regulatory standards while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will collaborate with underwriters, attorneys, title companies and customers, using LaserPro and Etran to support complex commercial loans and related due diligence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
• At least 3 years of experience in Banking or Financial Services
• At least 3 years of experience of Loan Closing experience
• At least 3 years of customer service experience in Small Business or Commercial lending support role

Responsibilities

• Prepare complex commercial loan documents using in-house documentation platforms for new loans, renewals, extensions and modifications
• Review loan documents to ensure compliance with Bank policy and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate loan closings with underwriters, attorneys, title companies and customers and ensure all conditions are met
