Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of Banking or Financial Services experience.
• 3+ years of Loan Closing experience.
• 3+ years of customer service in Small Business or Commercial lending support.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complex commercial loan documents using in-house software platforms and Word templates.
• Conduct lien searches and due diligence to resolve lien issues and deliver documents.
• Review loan documents for policy, regulations, and SOP compliance and authorize closings.
• Coordinate issuance of letters of credit and amendments.
• Interact with underwriters, relationship managers, customers, banks, attorneys, title companies and insurers to meet closing conditions.
• Instruct and mentor junior staff in the department.
• Manage multiple tasks with conflicting priorities.
• Stay current on regulatory changes affecting compliance.
