Ameris Bank is seeking a Commercial Loan Closing Supervisor to lead a team of Closers and Agriculture Closers, ensuring accurate documentation and timely closings. You will coach, recruit, audit responses, and oversee due diligence for real estate and non-real estate transactions, while maintaining compliance with bank policies and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Commercial Loan Closer or Agriculture Loan Closer or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a track record of team development.
• Deep knowledge of commercial loan documentation and closing processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and supervise daily operations of Closers.
• Delegate work, monitor workflow, volume, and timelines to meet SLAs.
• Perform quality reviews of loan documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Compile and report on loan metrics, trends, and post-closing reviews.
• Assist in talent acquisition, training, and process improvements within the team.
