Job summary

Susser Bank is seeking a Sr Loan Closing Specialist to prepare and review pre-closing documentation for Commercial Lending and CRE loans, and to support the loan closing process. You will perform pre-funding QC, prepare and review loan documents, coordinate with title companies and attorneys, and ensure terms match approvals while maintaining compliance and confidentiality.

Strong attention to detail and knowledge of loan documentation systems are essential, with experience in various loan types

Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent education and experience required.
Three years job related and customer service experience in a financial institution required.

Responsibilities

Perform pre-funding QC and review loan files for credit, appraisal, occupancy, red flags, underwriting and compliance.
Prepare loan documents for CRE, term loans, revolvers, construction loans, lines of credit, SBA and letters of credit.
Review attorney prepared documents for accuracy and coordinate with title company, bank staff and attorneys to close.
Produce renewal or modification documents and ensure terms match loan approvals.
Coordinate with third-party vendors and ensure proper approvals are on memos and that guidelines are followed.
Maintain confidentiality and compliance with laws and bank policies.
