Job summary

Biz2Credit Inc. is seeking a Senior Commercial Litigation Attorney with 5+ years of experience in commercial litigation, ideally focusing on Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) enforcement, alternative commercial finance, and creditors' rights.

The role manages a high-volume caseload across state and federal courts. You will handle complex disputes, including breach of contract, asset recovery, and contesting judgments, while advising lenders and financial institutions on risk and compliance.

Qualifications

• JD required from an accredited law school
• Active bar admission in good standing in primary operating jurisdiction
• Minimum 5+ years in commercial litigation, MCA litigation focus preferred
• Strong knowledge of UCC Articles 3 and 9; state enforcement of judgments
• Proven ability in motion practice, hearings, and trial experience

Responsibilities

• Direct all phases of commercial litigation from pre-suit to post-judgment enforcement.
• Handle MCA and contract enforcement disputes with complex issues.
• Lead creditors' rights and asset recovery strategies, including liens and garnishments.
• Draft pleadings, emergency motions, and appellate briefs with high quality standards.
• Represent clients at court appearances, hearings, and depositions.
• Advise lenders on risk mitigation, portfolio recovery, and compliance with laws.
