Qualifications

• Eight+ years of substantive commercial litigation experience.
• Senior associate, senior counsel, or partner level acceptable.
• Experience managing complex, multi-party litigation independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage a complex commercial litigation docket in state and federal courts and arbitration proceedings.
• Represent owners, investors, developers, general contractors and property managers in multi-million dollar matters.
• Handle cases through discovery, depositions, motions, hearings, mediation, arbitration and trial.
• Work with senior trial lawyers on high-stakes matters.
• Maintain direct client relationships and provide strategic advice.
