Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive litigation experience.
• Lead complex commercial litigation from inception through resolution.
• Experience with breach of contract, warranty, mechanics’ lien, bond claims, and business torts.
• Second-chair trial or arbitration experience required; first-chair preferred.
• Experience drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery responses.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution, including trial and arbitration.
• Handle trials and arbitrations as needed to advance matters.
• Develop and execute litigation strategies in state and federal court, including multi-party actions.
• Draft and file pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery responses.
• Mentor associates and supervise litigation teams; manage client relationships.
