Qualifications

Juris Doctor required.
Active license to practice law in the State of Colorado.
12+ years of progressive litigation experience with a focus on construction law.
Experience managing construction defect matters and related delay claims.

Responsibilities

Represent developers, builders, general contractors, design professionals, and subcontractors in construction defect litigation, arbitration, and mediation.
Collaborate with engineering, architectural, and forensic experts to evaluate defect claims.
Serve as a resource on Colorado construction defect statutes (CDARA, etc.).
Draft pleadings, motions, and other substantive legal documents.
Maintain client communication and litigation strategy; manage deadlines and caseloads.
Supervise associates, counsel, paralegals, and consultants; participate in business development.
