BCG Attorney Search is seeking a senior commercial litigation attorney for its Bethesda, MD office as Counsel or Junior Partner, offering meaningful responsibility and autonomy to lead matters delegated by senior partners.

You will serve as day-to-day lead counsel, supervise junior attorneys, and manage matters end-to-end, collaborating with senior partners on high-level strategy and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• JD required from an accredited law school.
• Active Virginia bar admission required; DC/MD a plus.
• Small book of business (~$200K+) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Take and defend depositions, argue motions, and handle trial work.
• Supervise junior attorneys and provide guidance as necessary.
• Collaborate with senior partners on high-level strategy.
