Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a senior commercial litigation attorney at the Counsel or Junior Partner level to join our Tysons Corner, VA office. The role emphasizes leadership of complex matters and autonomy in managing cases from inception to resolution.

You will supervise junior attorneys, conduct depositions, argue motions, and participate in trial work, with opportunities to build a portable book of business and contribute to firm growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ to 20+ years of substantial commercial litigation experience.
• Ability to independently manage cases and responsibilities.
• Active Virginia bar admission; DC and/or MD admission is a plus.

Requirements

• 10-20+ years of substantial commercial litigation experience.

• A small portable book of business (approximately $200K+).

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar admission in Virginia.
