Job summary

Apple seeks a Senior Legal Counsel to lead commercial litigation initiatives. You will manage cross‑border disputes, advise internal clients, and shape strategy across jurisdictions while working closely with internal teams in a fast-paced environment.

Travel is required. Ideal candidates have 8–15+ years in major law firms or in-house litigation, a JD and US state bar admission, and proven negotiation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 8-15+ years of major law firm and/or in-house litigation experience.
• JD or equivalent and admission to at least one US state bar.
• Excellent communication, analytical, organization, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support for commercial disputes across multiple jurisdictions.
• Develop strategy and provide counsel to internal clients on novel matters.
• Travel is required and you will work with a team of lawyers and support staff.
