Job summary

Apple Inc. is seeking an experienced litigator to join its commercial litigation team in California. You will drive strategy, work with cross-functional teams, and handle complex regulatory matters from start to finish.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of major law firm or in-house litigation experience, a JD and bar admission, and strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills. Travel is anticipated as part of the role.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of major law firm and/or in-house litigation experience.
• JD or equivalent and admission to at least one US state bar.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and drive litigation strategy across Apple’s products and businesses.
• Manage agency litigation, subpoenas, CIDs, and other investigations from start to finish.
