Qualifications

• 7+ years of major law firm and/or in-house patent litigation experience.
• JD or equivalent and admission to at least one US state bar.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and drive strategy for patent litigation and provide counsel to internal clients.
• Directly manage day-to-day progress of patent cases and identify risks and strategic opportunities.
• Learn Apple's patent litigation docket quickly and operate with independence and judgment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team of lawyers, legal specialists and staff to protect Apple's interests.
