AJ Chambers US is actively seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate in New York with 5+ years' complex commercial litigation experience. The role offers high quality disputes, strong partner access, significant responsibility, and direct client exposure on sophisticated matters.

Candidates with real estate or construction litigation exposure are preferred, and you will work in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for advancement and meaningful involvement in high-profile cases.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of complex commercial litigation experience.
• Experience drafting and arguing motions.
• Experience taking and defending depositions.
• Strong discovery management experience, including document review and production.
• Witness preparation experience for hearings, arbitrations, and trials.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Strong knowledge of New York civil procedure.
• Ability to manage multiple matters independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
