Job summary

Randstad USA is assisting a Memphis-based law firm in hiring a Litigation Attorney. The attorney will manage commercial litigation matters, appear in court, and draft complex pleadings and motions. The role requires Tennessee Bar admission and 3+ years of experience in commercial litigation.

The candidate will handle discovery, depositions, and opposition research, working with leadership to advance cases and cross-sell services across offices.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of commercial litigation experience.
• Excellent written and oral advocacy capabilities with a proven track record in motion practice and deposition management.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial litigation matters, appearing in court and representing clients.
• Draft, serve, and respond to discovery requests.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Research complex legal issues and draft pleadings, briefs, and dispositive motions.
• Drive cases forward from investigation to resolution with leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-office practice groups to service corporate clients and identify cross-selling opportunities.
